Job description

    Impactify is a profitable Ad Tech start-up specialized in digital advertising with the headquarters in Luxembourg. Launched by two insiders of the publishing industry, our company provides premium video ad formats which are currently used by numerous prestigious publishers (e.g. Slate, Cosmopolitan, Capital, Forbes) and well-known brands (e.g. Amazon, Coca Cola, Nike)
    We are currently looking for a Sales Manager whose primary focus would be to develop new business and advocate the power of our digital video advertising formats to key brands and agencies, mainly on the German market. We’re looking for someone who is well connected within major agencies and advertisers, has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

In this role you will need to:

  • Develop, close and scale a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts to increase revenue;

  • Travel within Germany to meet and connect with our clients;

  • Create new methods and strategies to achieve and exceed monthly quota;

  • Act as Impactify’s ambassador across the German market, promote our video format products and serve as a consultative partner providing first-class customer experience;

  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and their capabilities as well as knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products;

  • Attend networking events and trading shows to liaise with publishers and advertisers.

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have minimum 2 years of closing sales experience, ideally in a digital advertising company;

  • You have very good knowledge of programmatic advertising;

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills;

  • You have proven success rates at levels above quotas;

  • You are willing to travel within Germany to meet our partners and our clients;

  • You are proficient in German and English.
