One key role we’d love to add to the Impactify squad is a SDR. Such new joiner would add value by generating a maximum of sales opportunities for the sales team by identifying, qualifying and contacting prospects corresponding to Impactify's targets.

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and qualifying prospects
  • Identify prospects to contact that match Impactify's targets
  • Conduct research to assess whether they are of any interest to us
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers to contact using databases, social media information...
  • Enter and manage leads' data into the CRM

  • Contacting leads and getting appointments
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine the pain points of leads to determine how to approach them and adapt to their needs
  • Be ingenious and perseverant in contacting qualified leads
  • Build and refine scripts to arouse their curiosity and interest
  • Move leads through the pipeline to book demos/meetings with the Account Executive

  • Continually improve your methods and those of the team
  • Work with sales management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue targets
  • Monitor performance KPIs to identify areas for improvement and maximise your chances of success
  • Proactively share ideas and best practices

Job requirements

  • You are resilient, tenacious and don't get discouraged easily
  • You are creative in finding new acquisition strategies
  • You have the ability to be agile and execute quickly
  • You are fluent in French and proficient in English
