Job description

     We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Manager with a passion for digital advertising and a proven track record in supply-side programmatic ad operations. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, acting as the strategic lead and main point of contact for programmatic across clients and stakeholders including Google products, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs, etc. You will be developing and delivering proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders to expand regional programmatic services, including header bidding, new emerging trends, and data-driven technologies, to drive campaign success and exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Oversee the management of advertising campaigns from delivery to completion, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Working closely with the product and sales teams to create new and innovative programmatic solutions and enhance the performance of existing products.

  • Provide expert analysis and reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement, delivering top-tier client service and support.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, compliance, and regulations, incorporating best practices into campaign strategies.

  • Contribute to yield management strategies and implement innovative solutions to maximize revenue.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, with strong experience in product, ad operations, and yield management.

  • Expert knowledge of Google products (DV360, GAM360) and other programmatic platforms (SSP/DSP/DMP), as well as verification vendors (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, etc.).

  • Comprehensive understanding of header bidding technology, such as Prebid & Open Bidding.

  • A solid grasp of compliance and regulations in the digital advertising space.

  • Familiar and comfortable with creative troubleshooting for video and rich media advertising (VAST, VPAID, HTML 5, etc.)

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.

  • A track record of consistent improvement of the sell-side performance and increased results.

  • Strong analytics and easy with presentation of strategies and reports.

  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
